A19 is a residential project based on bioclimatic architecture, landscaping, and interior design. It will be located in Coco del Mar, in between Parque Omar and the Pacific Ocean, just minutes away from the Corredor Sur and downtown Panama City. Its architectural design takes advantage of environmental factors that will provide a more comfortable atmosphere for its residents.
The balconies in A19 are designed to protect its apartments from direct sunlight which will decrease the need to use air conditioning, which in turn will decrease the consumption of energy. The project will feature ecological gardens that will harvest and filter natural rain water. This will all be possible with the sowing of approximately 500 sq. m./5382 sq. ft. of trees and plants that will also absorb CO2 and purify the air.
